Custom LiFePO4 battery pack

LiFePO4 battery packs have long cycle life(up to 12000 cycles) and excellent safety performance. They are popular in the application of light electric vehicles and energy storage systems.
Legend is a professional LiFePO4 battery pack manufacturer and supplier in China. Since 2014, Legend has mainly offered two types of LiFePO4 battery packs.

One is assembled with cylindrical 3.2V small-capacity cells. These include 18650-2Ah, 26550-4Ah, 32700-6Ah, 32135-15Ah, 32140-20Ah, etc.
The other one is assembled with the prismatic Al-shell 3.2V big capacity. These include 50Ah, 100Ah, 200Ah, 300Ah, 500Ah, etc.

Our cell engineers chose the 3.2V cells mainly from CATL, BYD, CALB, EVE, and A123 to offer the most reliable battery pack solution. Certainly, we can choose battery cells as our customers request.
The BMS engineer will choose the reliable IC or MCU from TI, ST, SEIKO, or RICOH. We can design a trustworthy and intelligent PCM/BMS with Bluetooth, NTC, GPS, and communication protocol. These include CANBus, SMBus, RS485, I2t, UART, etc. Then we will manufacture it in our own SMT facility.
Our structural engineer can offer suitable structural solutions to fit your device’s battery room. These include wire connectors, FPC connectors, Pin connectors, PVC, plastic, or steel housing. We have our automatic and semi-automatic production line and MES system. With the help of these, we can provide stable quality and affordable custom LiFePO4 battery packs for our customers worldwide.

Voltage and Capacity

Each LiFePO4 cell has a nominal voltage of only 3.2V. If you need a higher voltage LiFePO4 battery pack, assemble many LiFePO4 battery cells with a series connection. Each LiFePO4 cell has a smaller capacity. If you need a bigger capacity, assemble LiFePO4 battery cells with parallel connections.

BMS and Communication Protocol

How To Charge LiFePO4 Battery Pack

Step 1: Charge the LiFePO4 battery pack with a constant current of 0.2C. Charge to the charge cut-off voltage-(N*3.65)V. N is the connection number of the LiFePO4 battery cells series.

Step 2: Rest for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Continuously charge the LiFePO4 battery with constant voltage. The charge current will decrease until the charge current is 0.02C. And then stop the charge.

Now you have completed the whole charge process.
